วัดบัวปากท่า
"The Bua Pak Tha Temple was originally the site of a three-legged village, which was a three-parted canal, separating it from the village of Nil Phet to the village of Bua Wan, so it was the junction of the canal, called after the villagers, the three-legged house, and then the district of Bang Tri, the forest, and then the district of Bua Pak Tha, the district of Nil Phi Phi, but the Bua Pak Tha Temple is in the current Nil Phi district.
The general condition of the area is lowland. When the waters are flooded annually, during the dry season, they use or rely on oxen as a thoroughfare. During the various water seasons or Lent, they use boats to roam around. During Lent, they paddle to make merit at Pho Temple, a village of Tricorn. But with the faith of the adults, the three-legged villagers offered 12 acres to build a temple and called Bua Pak Tha Temple.

"วัดบัวปากท่า เดิมนั้นเป็นที่ตั้งอยู่ของหมู่บ้านสามขา ซึ่งเป็นลำคลองสามแยก โดยแยกไปหมู่บ้านนิลเพชร ไปหมู่บ้านไทรงาม ไปหมู่บ้านบัวหวั่น จึงเป็นทางแยกปากคลองเรียกตามประสาชาวบ้านว่า บ้านสามขา และขึ้นกับตำบลบางไทรป่าในทางราชการ ต่อมาก็ แยกเป็นตำบลบัวปากท่า ตำบลนิลเพชร แต่วัดบัวปากท่าอยู่ในเขตปกครองทางราชการตำบลนิลเพชรในปัจจุบัน
สภาพโดยทั่วไปของพื้นที่นั้นเป็นที่ราบลุ่ม พอหน้าน้ำหลากก็จะเกิดน้ำท่วมเป็นประจำทุกปี ในเวลาหน้าแล้งก็จะใช้หรืออาศัยทางเกวียนวัวเป็นทางสัญจร พอช่วงฤดูน้ำหลากหรือเข้าพรรษาก็จะใช้เรือในการ สัญจรไปมา ในเวลาช่วงเข้าพรรษา ก็จะพายเรือไปทำบุญกันที่วัดโพธิ์ หมู่บ้าน ไทรงาม แต่ด้วยความศรัทธาของผู้ใหญ่วุ่น ชาวบ้านสามขา จึงได้ถวายที่จำนวน ๑๒ ไร่เศษ เพื่อให้เป็นที่สร้างวัดและให้ใช้ชื่อว่าวัดบัวปากท่า
